Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list. | Do not use reviews from the previous round: you must change them every round. | Post here to declare that you’ve done it: sooner is better than later. | Provide spoiler warnings in your post when appropriate. | Read the F.Y.C.s of all participants. | The next round starts on Monday at noon or later, F.W.F.R. time.

Lemmy in for #1392.

In Dusty and Sweets McGee (1971), director Floyd Mutrux follows a number of young heroin users in Los Angeles.

Claude Rains isn’t about to have his wheat empire ruined by the runoff from hydraulic gold mining in Late 19th c. California.

Kent Smith’s proper, family-man physician is no match for night club singer Ann Sheridan after he treats her for a minor injury following an accident outside his office one evening.

In the comedy Jojo Rabbit, the Nazis publicly hang Germans who are in the resistance.

In The Burglar, Dan Duryea can’t catch a break following a jewel heist. Improbably, one of his gang is the well-endowed Jayne Mansfield.

Happy Yule. (I posted this during Christmas Day U.T.C., but in the wrong round.)

Kids often get too hyped up about presents.

Kane is a figurative bastard.

One entry has a monochromatic, film-noir style.

Glass baubles &c. can easily get smashed in the festive season.

The eponymous minors go crazy and start killing.

Here are my five reviews.
