Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list. | Do not use reviews from the previous round: you must change them every round. | Post here to declare that you’ve done it: sooner is better than later. | Provide spoiler warnings in your post when appropriate. | Read the F.Y.C.s of all participants. | The next round starts on Monday at noon or later, F.W.F.R. time.

Lemmy in for #1413.

Drew Barrymore’s character Charlie has the power of pyrokinesis.

Helen Twelvetrees is Frankie, daughter of a prostitute she never knew. She grew up in clip joints and now works in one called the Thalia. Her line to the sucker johns is that she would like to turn things around and start clean. The Thalia was a storied revival movie house in NYC for many years.

Line of Demarcation is an early Chabrol film set in Vichy France. Marcel Ophuls made a monumental documentary of the same period.

Somebody Up There Likes Me—Paul Newman is Rocky Barbella a Bronx hood who looks a lot like Stallone 20 years later in Rocky, sporting a cheap suit and a porkpie hat.

Tim Allen plays Scott Calvin.

Lord Henry Blackwood is the antagonist of one of the films.

The grizzly and the antagonist of another film both bite the protagonist.

Kylo Ren kills his father, Harrison Ford's Han Solo.

Robert Falcon Scott ('Scott of the Antarctic') was a famous explorer.

Here are my five reviews.
