Hi folks,

Attention Canadian fwiffers -- keep your eyes open on the Globe and Mail for the next few days. I was just interviewed by a reporter and a photographer took my picture for a story about the FWFR book.

For you non-Canadian fwiffers, the Globe and Mail is a national newspaper and kind of like the New York Times of Canada.
I know several people who work there and they passed along a copy of the book to the right editors in the arts department.
A good story in the Globe could give the book a real big boost.

I'm looking forward to seeing it in print hopefully soon.

There was a comment on the article by AC1494 or some such number which suggested visiting the website, but it has since been taken down.

I assume AC was AussieCanuck.

Nope, it's still there, but isn't one of the five most recent comments so is hidden unless you expand the comment section. And yep, that's me.

I did it!!! My review has finally made it into a newspaper article or a review!!!!

-The best reviews usually involve puns and wordplay, or references to other films and pop culture, Onesi says. Take, for instance, this review of Edward Scissorhands: Sheeeeears Johnny! Or this cheeky review of Ghost: Horny Potter.

wow and such a big selling newspaper too if it's like the New York Times. Finally get some recognition.

It's the second-largest newspaper in Canada (in terms of circulation), behind only the Toronto Star. (And I was chatting with the Toronto Star film critic. Hopefully they'll do something once the Toronto Film Festival is over.
