Then She Found Me

Wish fulfilment by Helen Hunt alert
Can Helen Hunt pass for 39? Er, no.
Can Helen Hunt pass for 34? Definitely not.
Would Colin Firth go for Helen Hunt? Hell no.

This film is very muddled when it comes to the issue of adoption. To some extent this is intentional and to some extent it attempts to resolve it, but it's still a right old mess. Personally, I don't have any tolerance for people having issues about being adopted or wanting to meet their gene-mates, but by anyone's standards it's not realistic for a 39-year-old to be such a whiny little baby about it.
