I'm calling this Sal's 4 Word Stories. OK? Make 'em up and post 'em here.
The idea is a rip-off from the Guardian's 6-word stories seen elsewhere on these boards. Perhaps we could send them to the Grauniad* en masse and get some publicity for FWFR and benj!
So, an evocative [even shorter] story in 4 words.
Here are a trio to start you off:
1. Robins fledge. Cat. Oops!
2. Cake's baked, iced. "Congratulations!"
3. "Mom?" "Darling!" "I passed!"
* Grauniad, for those not in the UK, is a nickname bestowed on the paper which has more than its fair share of spelling errors, despite some excellent editorial content.

Thank you :) I was thinking of my grandmother mostly, after my grandfather died. She waited 10 years in a wicker rocking chair on her front porch and died in her sleep. None of us went to Harvard, but hey, license! |
