Too celebrate 1/2 term I will visit and vote (where appropriate) for the reviews of FWFRers you post here.
There are some rules:-
You can only nominate 1 person - choose wisely
You can only be nominated once
You can not nominate the person who nominated you
Post a link to 100 of your choices reviews
the order either chronological, highest etc. is your choice
No linking, no visiting

I've noticed that FYCTH goes in waves, and this may be one of the slower 'seasons' for that. It will go up again and back down again. You never know.
(But next time someone asks me to recommend someone's pages, I'll try to think of you first - as long as you don't recommend me, making it impossible for me to recommend you back.)

Hmm, not really sure CL. The fact that I put this post on both the threads and that still there have been no nominations on this thread is kinda surprising for me. Also, hv u noticed that participation on fycth has also reduced over the last two editions? |

You should probably also factor in that more people visit the Reviews thread (500+ topics, 15'000+ posts) than the General thread (70+ topics, 1300+ posts). |

 A short note: Are human beings opportunists or altruists?
If human beings were opportunists, they'd look for a few votes by linking up on Yukon's "Time to celebrate" thread. (Path: All Forums->FWFR Related->Reviews->Time to celebrate)
If human beings were altruists, they'd link up a fellow fwiffer so that s/he'd get a few votes by linking him/her up on Josh the cat's "Feeling generous" thread. (Path: All Forums->FWFR Related->General->Feeling generous)
Considering that the former thread has 21 unique links compared to the latter thread which has only 17 unique links, I am forced to conclude that human beings are marginally more opportunistic than altruistic. The margin increases if the fact that the latter thread had started a full 24 hours before is taken into due consideration.
And no, this is not a shameless (or otherwise) plug  to drop hints to people to nominate me on the latter thread...
...though such a nomination is welcome, that is besides the point. |
