Abdul breaks nose in dog mishap
American Idol judge Paula Abdul has broken her nose while trying to avoid standing on her pet Chihuahua.
Abdul told US TV show Extra she had torn cartilage, fractured her toe and bruised her arm, chest and waist. "All from my little chubby Tulip," she said.
The former pop star, 44, is recovering and will appear on American Idol's grand finale this Wednesday, said her publicist, David Brokaw.
"She's a little sore, but is doing fine," he added.
The dog was not hurt in the incident.

Yeah - she's not on drugs - just like Hasselhoff had a bizarre shaving incident with his chandelier, until you find out a few months later he has been pumped with booze 24/7. |

Simon told Paula that was a horrible way to fall and to try better next time. Randy complimented on her Chihuahua. He said "That was good, dawg." |

I've never broken anything, but I have a Boston Terrier and I can't tell you how many times she has gotten under foot and almost tripped me. I feel Paula's pain. But, I have never choked on a pretzel.

Did anyone else, while reading this gem, recall the Dubya incident where he fell off a couch? choked on a pretzel? or was that the same incident?
