Guys I am gonna be seeing Hot Fuzz later on tonite and to be honest, I so cant wait. I think it is going to be as funny as Shaun of The Dead. Will be writing a better review about it later on.

I saw it last night. Very funny.

BTW, I notice that several of the reviews already posted say that it's set in Somerset. But during the film it's made clear that Angel is transferred to Gloucestershire. Anyone from either county will tell you that they're really very different.

I think the confusion may have arisen from the fact that it was filmed in Somerset (much of it in the town of Wells).

Pegg et al had definitely mentioned Somerset quite often - this is indeed probably because of the filming, but I had assumed it would be in Somerset too.

Hot Fuzz

I really enjoyed it - more than Shaun of the Dead, which I found overrated (i.e. nowhere near as good as Spaced). Did anyone notice Angel's ex-girlfriend's identity? Apparently, Pegg has said that she is the most famous person in the film. It might be Cate Blanchett.

Nice one, Mampy-Pampy. All you gotta work on is some noun-verb agreement. [songs your grammar taught you]

Seriously, nice review job!

Excellent, if pushed on whether or not it's better than Shaun Of The Dead, I'd have to say "Well yaarp...... and naarp"

Angel guessing at "Naaarp" was one of the most hilarious lines in the whole film!
