Bife snuck one in there when I was typing so I'll go with: Phantom of the Opera over the hairball inducing Cats. The next one is still: Better villain: Green Goblin or Doc Ock?

In the movie? Doc Ock was so spectacularly animated, that I couldn't possibly vote for Willem Dafoe. Didn't read Spiderman comics very much, but I preferred Doc Ock in those when I did read them, if for no other reason but that he was the first villain to kick Spidey's ass! The Joker or The Penguin?
