I really should have let Ed use this one, because who is cheesier than David Hasselhoff? I don't know what the Germans see in this guy. Well not sure he's much of a singer, but lots of people pay lots of money to hear him do it so here you go. |

I thought you wanted "signers," so I went with this merry batch of pranksters stating very loudly how independent they are. Those minxes.
On the other hand, we could suppose that they were the original group that sang "Independant Woman" (currently thought to have originated by that group that Beyonce came from). "I depend on meat."
Actually, they recorded the original version of "Sign Your Name," which Terrence Trent D'Arby later rose to fame with.
They followed it up with "We're Gonna Wash Those Brits Right Out of Our Wigs."
Didn't the Beastie Boys also remakle their "You Gotta Fight For Your Right to Party"? |

I can beat your bare chest, Koli! Freddie Mercury's hairy chest sans shirt.
You can come round and beat my bare chest any time, StaLean.
I should have probably worded that better.
quote: Ah, Freddie. I saw Queen before they became world-famous (in 1974), and in those days it was relatively easy to get to the front of the auditorium and watch them play from close quarters. Can't remember whether Freddie ever exposed his chest during their performance at Birmingham Town Hall. Good gig though. I've still got a cassette tape with my recording of it - terrible sound quality and so not a collector's item methinks.
What fun! I would've beat your bare chest to see Queen, Koli. |

Yes, but their career ultimately took a downturn when fickle audiences turned thier attentions to a new musical phenomenon known as the British Invasion. |

Not sure if the crazy frog was just a European thing, or did the virus spread further!? Anyway, for those who managed to avoid him, he started life as an annoying mobile phone ringtone - a cartoon frog doing an impression of a motorbike starting up. Then, his first single as a musical artist beat coldplay to number 1 in the uk, and he has a world cup song out now... The crazy frog album is also available |
